REVIEW STATUS
The page and site are still in private launch review. Accessibility checks have begun on the design system, but full-page content, forms, keyboard behavior, assistive-technology output, and production integrations require final testing.
Complete keyboard-only, focus-order, color-contrast, zoom/reflow, screen-reader, form-label, error-message, motion, link-purpose, heading-structure, image-alternative, responsive, and browser/device testing. Document remaining limitations and a verified feedback mailbox.
DRAFT CONTENT
The draft design system uses strong navy, blue, charcoal, neutral, and gold combinations with large headings, readable body text, generous spacing, visible buttons, responsive grids, and native semantic Elementor elements. Contrast and reflow must be rechecked after every final content and template change.
Pages are intended to use a logical heading hierarchy, meaningful link text, keyboard-accessible controls, a predictable navigation pattern, and visible focus. Header, footer, mobile menu, theme templates, and any interactive wizard behavior require production testing before a conformance statement is made.
Labels, instructions, required status, error identification, success confirmation, and keyboard operation should be understandable without color alone. The atomic request form is a private draft; its select labels, textarea relationship, validation messages, submission behavior, and assistive-technology output must be remediated and tested before launch.
Plain language is preferred. Informative images should receive useful text alternatives, decorative images should be hidden appropriately, captions or transcripts should accompany meaningful audio or video, and important instructions should not depend only on position, shape, sound, or color.
If someone cannot use part of the website, WestKYDigital intends to provide a reasonable alternative method for obtaining the information or starting a request. The final alternative contact method and expected response process must be confirmed before publication.
The site currently lacks a finalized public navigation system, activated request workflow, verified policy mailboxes, complete production templates, and end-to-end assistive-technology testing. No claim of full WCAG conformance is made in this draft.
Accessibility feedback should identify the page or feature, the problem encountered, the device or assistive technology when comfortable sharing it, and the preferred response method. Never include passwords or other sensitive credentials.
Accessibility is a continuing practice. New pages, content, plugins, forms, and design changes should be checked before release, and reported barriers should be triaged alongside other site maintenance.
